Shangri-La Hotel, Changzhou has opened its doors in China. Targeting the executive traveler, the property offers five F&B venues, including signature restaurant Shang Palace; Nishimura Japanese Restaurant; all-day-dining outlet Café Long, featuring views of Lake Xihu and seven interactive cooking stations; the lobby lounge, which arcs around the lake; and the Latin-inspired Bar WJ.
Ranging from 484 to 2,422 square feet, the hotel’s 350 guestrooms showcase floor-to-ceiling windows with unobstructed views of Lake Xihu or the city. Meanwhile, the Horizon Club floor offers personalized service and access to the exclusive club lounge.
Nearly 27,000 square feet of meeting and event space encompasses the 30-foot-tall, pillar-free grand ballroom equipped with intelligent lighting and a massive LED screen; seven function rooms; a dedicated VIP room; the spacious Chairman’s Room; and two pre-dining spaces overlooking the lake. A massive health club and spa round out the offerings.
