Sheldon Adelson, CEO of Las Vegas Sands Corp., is talking with officials in Madrid and Barcelona about his plans for a $20 billion “mini-Las Vegas” in Europe, according to the Associated Press. The project would encompass 20,000 guestrooms, as well millions of square feet of retail and conference space. Adelson says he is putting together a team of architects and builders that would construct several resorts at the same time.
