The 370-key Sheraton Parsippany Hotel in New Jersey has launched its $15 million refurbishment, scheduled for completion in April 2012. The lobby will undergo a transformation that will make it a social hub, with features such as a connectivity area, new seating, check-in pods, enhanced lighting, and a café. Guestrooms will be redesigned in a warm, rich color palette with pops of accent colors and chrome hardware. The hotel also will feature a Club Floor with Club Lounge, as well as a 20,000-square-foot fitness facility comprising indoor and outdoor pools, racquetball, and a full array of spa services.
