Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina has completed a $2 million soft goods refresh to the hotel’s Bay Tower. Beginning in November of last year, the project includes updates in the hotel’s hallways, lounge patio, and 348 guestrooms.
Redesigned in neutral tones accented with red and blue hues, rooms boast new carpet, reupholstered furniture, new task chairs, and UV window treatments, while bathrooms received new bathtubs, fixtures, and wallcoverings. And throughout, hallway carpeting, lighting, and wallcoverings have also been redesigned.
The outdoor Bay Tower lounge patio also revitalized during the three-month project now highlights the hotel’s views of San Diego Bay, downtown San Diego, and Point Loma, and the lobby features a Starbucks kiosk. Next up: the Bay Tower’s main dining room is scheduled for a renovation later this year.
