Sheraton Reserva do Paiva Hotel and Convention Center is slated to open in Pernambuco state of northeastern Brazil in 2014. Located a block from the beach, the property will offer 289 rooms, including 21 junior suites and seven deluxe suites; a spa; nearly 4,000 square feet of workout space; a top-floor Club Lounge boasting sea views; restaurants; and a beach club outfitted with an infinity pool and lounge area. The hotel also will feature more than 9,000 square feet of convention space, including two ballrooms, four function rooms, and additional meeting and exhibition areas that feature high ceilings and access to terraces.
The project will be part of Reserva do Paiva, a new development known for its low buildings, expansive green spaces, and eco-friendly construction.
