Housed in a 1926 two-story brick building, SILVER restaurant comes to Park City, Utah, in December, spearheaded by Chef Todd Mark Miller. Rockwell Group departs from the traditional ski lodge aesthetic in the area with a contemporary take that pays tribute to the restaurant’s name. Etched glass walls feature a pattern of liquid silver vines, wood with a cerused silver hue covers the floors, and intricate silver leaves adorn the ceilings.
In the main dining room, a walnut communal table takes center stage with veins of silver, topped on one end by a dramatic Venetian-inspired blue glass chandelier. The partially visible kitchen is separated by a floor-to-ceiling wine wall and framed by two hanging hearths. On another level, the open bar and lounge will include low-lying cocktail tables and stools alongside a walnut wood bar and a glass-enclosed DJ booth with a clear view of the main level. Meanwhile, cobalt blue mohair banquettes and silver alligator bolsters define the lower-level lounge.
