Boscolo Hotels and the Autograph Collection are set to add two Boscolo Hotels in Italy to its ensemble. The Boscolo Milano will be the first to join the collection, followed by the Boscolo Exedra Roma.


Boscolo Milano
Situated in Milan’s shopping district, the Boscolo Milano will debut a contemporary design that expresses the city’s creativity and lifestyle. Local architect Italo Rota will lead the architecture of this historic building, which was built in the 1920s. Florence, Italy-based designer Simone Micheli will design the interiors.

The redesign will harmonize an eclectic mix of avant-garde design in an elegant atmosphere. 

The 154-room hotel will boast one of the largest hotel spas in Milan with 6,458 square feet of space. The rooftop terrace will also provide views of the cathedral.
Boscolo Milano
Following the opening of the Boscolo Milano, the Boscolo Exedra will debut in Rome with a classic design created through the restoration of a late 19th-century palace. In particular, the hotel will include a plate glass floor that looks on illuminated excavations of ancient Roman baths underneath the property.

The property will offer 238 guestrooms, including several rooms with views of the Piazza Della Repubblica. The hotel will also feature two restaurants and a spa.
