Santa Marina Resort & Villas in Mykonos, Greece is nearing the completion of a three-year renovation. Unveiling this May, the resort will boast a contemporary design meant to complement the views of the Mediterranean Sea.
Led by Silvina Macipe Krontira of Greece’s SMK Interiors, the renovation includes the 100 guestrooms and suites, public spaces, and restaurants. Krontira’s redesign instills welcoming warmth into the resort, blended with the cosmopolitan style of Mykonos. The resort’s newly designed rooms and suites will feature natural materials such as teak wood and linen fabrics.
Inspired by the coastal environment, the refreshed public spaces reflect a chic natural décor and muted tones that complement the resort’s crisp white interiors. Indigenous Cycladic design accents are also integrated throughout the property, which also features a new seafront restaurant, Bayview Beach Restaurant & Bar, as well as the Lotus Spa.
