The 171-room Sofitel Casablanca Tour Blanche has made its debut in Morocco. Designed by Belgian architect Patrick Guénard, the glass building rises 24 stories and reflects the city’s rise to modernity. Marc Hertrich and Nicolas Adnet were responsible for interiors, which mix clean lines with Moorish trimmings. Located on the rooftop, the Penthouse boasts New York-inspired design and a 1,300-square-foot terrace.
Restaurants include L’Arabesque and L’Atelier Oriental. Dedicated to art, La Casart bar showcases paintings and sculpture.
