Innovative Dining Group (IDG) will unveil Soleto Trattoria & Pizza Bar in July in downtown Los Angeles. Studio Collective replicates the authenticity of a casual-chic Italian eatery by preserving elements from the original building and adding complementary elements. Vintage tiles and original wood floors join iron and glass chandeliers that accent the restaurant’s soaring ceilings and intricate brickwork. The venue, whose menu is overseen by executive chef Sascha Lyon, has three distinct spaces: a 360-degree bar and fireplace, an exhibition-style pizza bar overlooking the wood-fired stove, and garden patio for alfresco dining.
