Solis Hotel & Resorts will make its China debut in 2012 with the luxury 200-room Solis Vanke Center, Shenzhen. Steven Holl Architects and Jaya Ibrahim have signed on to design the luxury property. The project also calls for an 86,000-square foot conference and exhibition center offering a grand ballroom, an auditorium, two videoconferencing rooms, and seven meeting and board rooms.
The hotel is part of Vanke Center in Yantian, a popular seashore resort area, and will connect guests to mountains, pristine sand, and emerald green waters. The hotel also offers proximity to the famous Dameisha Beach, theme parks, golf courses, and business and shopping centers.
