Sonesta Great Bay Beach Resort on St. Maarten Island recently completed renovations on its guestrooms, suites, and dining outlets.
Rooms and suites now boast contemporary Caribbean décor, vibrant colors, and fresh, modern furnishings indoors and out, including teakwood tables and chairs.
The resort also introduces several dining experiences, such as Il Pescatore seafood restaurant, which serves both fine seafood and à la carte breakfast with Caribbean views. Specializing in Italian pizza, the beachfront Tre Assi Pizzeria transforms at night into the Water’s Edge restaurant. Guests can also enjoy a buffet and live cooking stations at the Bay View Restaurant, which received mosaic tile and new seating in the renovation.
