Starwood is adding the final touches to the St. Regis Bahia Beach in Puerto Rico, the island’s first luxury project since 1997. Scheduled to debut in November, the hotel will join two other recently opened properties in Puerto Rico: W Vieques, the first W Retreat & Spa in North America, and Sheraton Puerto Rico Convention Center Hotel & Casino, on track to become the first LEED certified hotel in the Caribbean.
The St. Regis property, which is designated as a Certified Gold Audubon International Signature Sanctuary, features 139 guestrooms and suites, 26 estate homes, an 18-hole golf course, oceanfront swimming pools, spa, and Fern restaurant by Chef Jean-Georges.
