Starwood Hotels & Resorts will open a dual-branded ski resort complex this summer in China’s Changbai Mountains. The Westin Changbaishan Resort will offer unspoiled mountain views, ski-in/ski-out access, fine-dining venues, a kids club, indoor pool, and 257 guestrooms outfitted in the brand’s signature bed and linens.
At the Sheraton Changbaishan Resort, 296 guestrooms and suites offer mountain or ski views, along with oversized work desks and custom-designed ergonomic chairs. Amenities will include a Sheraton Club lounge, signature lobby designed for both work and socializing, a full-service restaurant and lounge, spa, indoor pool, and fitness center. Both properties will share more than 37,000 square feet of function space.
