Starwood Capital Group and Starwood Hotels & Resorts have entered management agreements for two hotels in Snowmass, Colorado: the Silvertree Hotel and Conference Center and the Wildwood Lodge. Starting in April 2012, both properties will undergo refurbishments that will improve the existing structures, as well as upgrade all guestrooms, meeting space, and some public areas. Upon reopening, Silvertree Hotel will operate under the Westin brand, while Wildwood Lodge will remain under an independent flag.
