Chef, author, and television personality Giada De Laurentiis plans to open her first restaurant in early 2014 at the upcoming Gansevoort Las Vegas. Located on the second level above the casino floor, the restaurant will boast al fresco dining and view of the Bellagio fountains.
Los Angeles-based Studio Collective will lead the overall design of the new-build, which will feature a modern, sleek design with clean lines and pops of color. The restaurant space will extend over the pedestrian walkway below, offering large glass windows with daytime and nighttime views of the Strip. 


The 300-seat space will have a welcoming, interactive feel thanks to natural light, an antipasto station, posh living room-style furniture, and an open kitchen. Private dining room space will also be available for larger parties or group functions.
