Farm-to-table salad shop Sweetgreen will open its third New York City location this summer in Brooklyn’s Williamsburg neighborhood. Designed by Leong Leong, the restaurant will feature green elements such as furniture made from reclaimed materials and LED light fixtures. Like the other 22 Sweetgreen locations, the Brooklyn store will have a chalkboard “Local List” showcasing the nearby farms and ingredients featured on the menu.
