Swire Properties, a South Florida international real estate developer, has reached an agreement with Swire Hotels to make EAST the hotel flag at Brickell CityCentre in Miami.

This will be the EAST brand’s first U.S. hotel and Swire Hotel’s first North American venture. Billed as a lifestyle hotel, EAST currently has locations in Hong Kong and Beijing. Swire Hotels, a business division of Hong Kong-based Swire Properties Limited, will manage the hotel.
The Brickell CityCentre, EAST, Miami is expected to be 218,000 square feet with 263 guestrooms and 89 serviced apartments. The hotel will have two restaurants and a rooftop bar, as well as meeting rooms, pool, fitness center, and treatment rooms.
