Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts has is opening in Baku, Azerbaijan. Scheduled to open in 2015, Swissôtel Baku is currently under construction and will open in time for the European Olympic Games.
Swissôtel Baku will make up part of a mixed-use complex⎯⎯which consists of two towers accommodating businesses, retail, and entertainment outlets and numerous restaurants. Situated in the taller, 524-foot tower, the hotel will offer 149 rooms and suites, as well as a Swissôtel Living with 45 furnished apartments and 80 Swissôtel residences. Istanbul-based architectural firm Kreatif Mimarlık will design the project.


F&B offerings will include a lobby bar and lounge, an all-day restaurant, and a restaurant and bar on the top floor. Additional facilities will comprise of a spa and 32,291 square feet of meeting and event facilities.
