Tech Lighting Receives Red Dot Design Award

Tech Lighting, in conjunction with sister brand LBL Lighting, has won the red dot design award for its Railtones product, a wireless speaker system for track lighting. The wireless speakers mount to and are powered by the companies’ low-voltage track lighting systems, or can be mounted to many other popular track lighting systems. They can also be adapted to most six-inch recessed downlights. As such, if track lighting is installed initially, the speakers can be added without drilling holes, stringing wires, or hiring an electrician, with users connecting the speakers directly and then plugging a wireless transmitter into almost any audio device.
