Rocco Forte’s the Balmoral in Edinburgh has unveiled Scotch Whiskey Bar.
Designed by Olga Polizzi, the director of design for Rocco Forte Hotels, the bar features a palette of whisky-colored tones for a warm, intimate ambiance. Natural fabrics such as wool, cord, and leather compliment the room’s centerpiece⎯⎯a handcrafted oak-paneled whisky cabinet.
A brushed brass and black granite bar with backlit artwork by artist Hubertus Hohenlohe contrasts with golden and chocolate velvet armchairs, neutral tweed sofas, and amber colored walls.
