The Beverly Hills Hotel, known locally as the “Pink Palace,” will introduce two new Presidential Bungalows in early June. LA-based Rottet Studio drew inspiration from the hotel’s original Bungalows while updating the historic Mediterranean character of the hotel and its grounds. Measuring 5,000 square feet each, the luxury accommodations are nestled within 12 lushly landscaped acres of banana leaves, palm trees, and manicured gardens. The bungalows are designed as a luxury “home away from home” in classic pink stucco with its own private entrance; a great room with dining room and chicly furnished living room; a professional kitchen; custom-designed furnishings and collected pieces from the 1920s to modern day; three bedrooms with luxurious baths featuring free-standing tubs, steam showers, and vanities; and a limestone fireplace in every room. Outdoor spaces include a private pool, fireplace, dining area with nighttime illumination, entertainment systems, exercise areas, courtyards, and the only private outdoor showers in LA.
