The cash investment allows the manufacturer to reposition the brand for profit and future growth, as well as implement a solid plan for international expansion and compete for larger commercial contracts in the Asia-Pacific and American West Coast markets. The acquisition also supports Brintons’ commitment to innovation, including the development of new proprietary High Definition Weave technology.
