The Chatwal New York has partnered with Luxury Collection Hotels & Resorts, marking the Starwood brand’s debut in the city. The 83-room hotel, designed by Thierry Despont, captures the bygone glamour of its early 20th-century original occupant, the Lambs Club-America’s first professional theater club. Key highlights include the Barrymore Suite; the Stanford White Studio (complete with original oak wood-paneled walls and beams, a working granite fireplace, and a fully furnished private outdoor terrace); and a spa.
