The Cove Eleuthera Hotel, a 32-acre oceanfront property on the island of Eleuthera in the Bahamas, is set to reopen in November 2012 with extensive renovations throughout. Twenty-six new garden and beachfront guest suites will complement the existing 24 guestrooms; 33 home sites are also being added. Décor throughout the hotel will introduce the feel of New Orleans’ French Quarter to the Bahamas.

In addition to extensive upgrades, guests will enjoy new amenities like a 110-foot infinity pool, landscaped walking trails, and a cocktail park complete with firepit and lounge area. F&B options include an upscale restaurant featuring Bahamian-flavors concepts courtesy of Chef Chris Lynch, who trained under celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse. The brand-new sunset bar is located on the Point and overlooks crystal clear Bahamian waters, while the on-site Bahama Bean coffee features freshly roasted local coffee, lattes, and cappuccinos.
