Designed by Semple Brown with art consultation and procurement by Parker Blake, the 336-key property has a pop culture theme, evident in places such as the lobby library and the "5 & Dime" novelty store. Each guest floor reflects a pop theme in the categories of TV, music, art, and sports. Meeting and event facilities include 20,000 square feet of flexible space, along with a fully equipped business center. F&B concepts include the Corner Office Restaurant + Martini Bar, a Sage Restaurant Group concept, and the upscale Oceanaire Seafood Room.
