The House in Barbados will convey a home-away-from-home feel when it finishes its refurbishment in October. The 34 suites boast a luxury residential feel with custom wood furniture, new seating areas, French doors that opem out to ocean views from spacious balconies, and baths outfitted with granite surfaces and rainfall showers. The rooms also showcase sculptures by local Bajan artist Reggie Medford, who handcrafted the pieces from mahogany wood.
Upon arrival, guests receive a complimentary jet lag revival massage in a beach cabana or in their room. Travelers can further pamper themselves at the spa at next-door sister property Tamarind. The House also features a fitness center.
