The John Hardy Group has named Rob Willis as managing director of its New York office. The announcement follows the completion of the Palace Hotel, Novotel Times Square, and a 5-Star resort on the coast of Florida.
“The John Hardy Group is known for evaluating property assets and revitalizing buildings into high-value investments, a process that we closely manage to minimize time and budget expenditures,” says Willis, who spent more than two decades in hospitality and development, including four years at Starwood Hotels & Resorts. “Our position in New York allows us to work with hotels and brands that live at the top of the market.”
Along with Willis, the group has named Brenda Hilgers, Brent Hardy, and Michael Lee as senior project directors. In 2014, the John Hardy Group will look to open an office in Los Angeles with Brent Hardy at the helm. The firm is already operating out of Atlanta (where it is developing a ground-up boutique office building), New York, and Paris.
“As our portfolio of high-profile work expands, we’ve put an emphasis on positioning top talent throughout the country,” says John Hardy, CEO and president of the John Hardy Group.
