Debuting for the Masters Tournament, the Ritz-Carlton Lodge, Reynolds Plantation will reopen its newly renovated guestrooms and dining areas on April 8th.
Designed by Dallas-based Duncan Miller Ullmann Design, the 251-room Ritz Carlton Lodge will showcase a vibrant color palette reflecting the region’s natural beauty that will pop against antique style furnishings, pecan woods, and custom hand-embroidered fabrics.
Atlanta-based architect Bob Cuppalong with former Augusta National golf course superintendent Billy Fuller have renovated the Landing golf course to include a hole redesign, new bunkering, the expansion of tee boxes, updated cart paths and buildings, and a new set of forward tees. Adding shape and challenge to many holes, the changes recapture the course’s original atmosphere with peripheral ornamental grasses.
Included in the renovations is Georgia’s Bistro, featuring new leather banquette seating, a rustic gnarled wood table, new chairs, and oxidized copper tabletops. New lighting fixtures, floorcoverings, and artwork have also been added. A coffee shop serving ice cream, candy, pastries, and cold beverages will also be available.
