Philip H. Kowalczyk will join the Robert Allen Group as its new president and CEO on November 1st. Former CEO Jeff Cordover will become the non-executive chairman of the board. Kowalczyk brings 25 years of business experience to the position; he most recently served as president of the Body Shop, Americas.
