Timber Resorts has unveiled the 107-key Sebastian Vail, designed by the company’s in-house design team in collaboration with J Banks Design Group, Inc. of Hilton Head, South Carolina. Inspired by Napa Valley, Block 16-the hotel’s signature fine-dining restaurant-features a 1,000-bottle wine silo. The hotel is also home to Frost Bar; Market, an artisan deli; and the Library, an intimate gathering space defined by elegant artwork and intriguing reads.
For relaxation, Bloom Spa offers six treatment spaces, including a couple’s room, hydrotherapy room, three massage rooms, and facial room. An 8,000-square-foot conference center includes two ballrooms, a boardroom, and up to 10 individual breakout rooms. The property also has a private residence club comprising 36 units.
