BR Guest Hospitality has three restaurants in the works for Atlantic City. Dos Caminos and Bill’s Bar & Burger are slated for Harrah’s, while Atlantic Grill is heading to Caesars. Opening in June, Bill’s will take the place of the Deli, and Dos Caminos marks the debut of authentic Mexican cuisine at an Atlantic City casino. Meanwhile, the Atlantic Grill is replacing Primavera, Caesars’ longtime gourmet restaurant.
