Trump Hotel Collection will make its Latin America debut next spring with Trump Ocean Club International Hotel & Tower Panama. Architect Arias Serna Saravia has designed a 70-story building that evokes a majestic sail fully deployed in the wind. The property’s 369 luxuriously appointed guestrooms, including 47 suites, range from 526 to 1,561 square feet. Accommodations include floor-to-ceiling windows, fine European cabinetry, designer fixtures, imported granite countertops, and marble flooring. The hotel will also have a spa, fitness center with ocean views, 16,000 square feet of meeting space, gourmet oceanfront restaurants, and elite boutiques and shops. In addition, Trump Ocean Club’s Pool Deck will be situated on the 13th floor with two pools private cabanas, cozy loungers, and an open-air bistro and bar.
