Seasonal outdoor concept Bar D’Eau has opened at Trump SoHo New York. Created by nightclub developers KNR, the bar comprises a landscaped 6,000-square-foot pool deck, a pool lined in blue Italian mosaics and featuring a cascading waterfall, three private cabanas, and a bocce court.
The bar, designed by DiGuiseppe Architect, opens into the hotel’s pool area seasonally with large, clear doors. Two layers of sparkling sheer fabric cover the west facing windows and doors to soften the light by day and exude richness and warmth at night. The walls are sheathed in a metal essence wallcovering and are adorned by fractured mirror tile and antique framed textiles from Anatolia. The indoor bar area has chairs of handmade stitched leather and dark bronze frames.
