IHG has signed two new Holiday Inn Resorts for Vietnam. Situated on an island west of the mainland, Holiday Inn Resort Phu Quoc Duong Dong Beach will sit on an expansive beachfront site and will have 250 rooms. It is scheduled to open in mid-2014. On the southeastern coast of Vietnam will be the 250-key Holiday Inn Resort Cam Ranh Bay with about 550 feet of beach frontage. Construction is slated to begin in June 2011, and the resort is expected to open in the third quarter of 2013.
