The Intercontinental Davos is set to open this December. Behind the 790 gold-colored steel elements on the façade, the hotel will offer 216 rooms and suites.

On the top floor, a restaurant will feature a panoramic terrace with views of the surrounding Bündner Alps and Davos. The Alpine brasserie Capricorn will serve specialties from the entire Alpine region, while Matsu restaurant will combine local cuisine with fondue and other Japanese recipes in a modern atmosphere.
In the 1,200-square-foot Alpine spa, the Swiss lifestyle is exemplified with a modern design made of natural rocks with touches of gold. The new resort will additionally offer 1,500 square foot of meeting and event space.
Also opening this winter, the Priva Alpine Lodge in Lenzerheide, Switzerland, will offer 96 apartments and chalets. Located across 13 buildings, the rooms will combine restaurants, a private sauna, and a grand fireplace. All 13 facilities are connected to each other via an underground car park. Inspired by the village Alpine architecture and influenced by the Graubündner building culture, the resort will use natural materials such as stone and wood in the apartments.
