Las Vegas’s CityCenter has announced the opening of Veer Towers, its exclusive residential development. About 670 units occupy the Helmut Jahn-designed 37-story glass towers, which are inclined at five-degree angles. Residences, which range from 500 to 3,300 square feet, offer spectacular views of the sculptural rooftop of the Crystals retail and entertainment complex or the Strip.
Designer Francisco Gonzalez-Pulido, acting as a consultant to Jahn, created Veer’s public spaces and lobbies, which showcase commissioned works by Richard Long and abundant natural light flowing through floor-to-ceiling windows. The top floor of each of the two buildings houses a rooftop infinity-edge pool, hot tub, sun beck, bar, recreation room, private media room, and fitness center. In addition, Veer Towers has earned LEED Gold certification.
