Hotel Milano in San Francisco has a new owner who plans to make some changes to the property. Pebblebrook Hotel Trust has named Viceroy Hotel Group as new managers; the trust will invest between $8 million and $10 million in upgrades to the guestrooms and public spaces, including a restaurant. The renovation is on track to start this summer. Upon completion, the hotel will operate under a new name.
