The Viceroy Riviera Maya is set to open five newly built villas in October.
The design will include a private patio with a sundeck, hammock, and a heated plunge pool, as well as a thatched-palapa roof inside. Along with a deep soaking tub, the bathrooms will boast an outdoor rain shower in a private walled-in garden.
The total number of villas at the Viceroy Riviera Maya remains at 41, and no changes were made to the overall layout of the resort, as the new villas replaced the five original luxury villas.
