Viceroy Hotel Group has signed on to operate the 5-Star L’Ermitage Beverly Hills after a private investor purchased the hotel from Fairmont Raffles. Viceroy will begin a significant refurbishment of the 119-room property in the coming months, which will be phased to have minimal impact on the experience of the hotel’s guests. Later this year, the hotel will sport its new name, Viceroy Beverly Hills.
