Virgin Hotels has purchased the Old Dearborn Bank Building for its venture into Chicago. Opening in fall 2013, the Virgin Hotel Chicago will occupy the restored 27-story landmark Art Deco building. The property hotel will have 250 guestrooms and feature meeting spaces, restaurants, lounges and other public areas that reflect the brand’s stylish and functional theme. The John Buck Company will execute the redevelopment of the iconic building in downtown Chicago.
