Dallas-based design firm Vivian Nichols Associates has changed its name to waldrop + nichols studio, llc, following the appointment of Andrea Waldrop to principal. In Waldrop’s new role, she will be responsible for company operations, projections, forecasting, and business development. Her most notable projects include Gaylord Palms, InterContinental Buckhead, San Diego Hilton Resort at Mission Bay, and the historic Adolphus Hotel in Dallas.
