The 305-key W Hollywood Hotel & Residences is generating star power with its glamorous debut at the famed intersection of Hollywood & Vine. A world-class design team—HKS Architects, designstudio ltd. on interiors, interior architecture firm Daly Genik Architects, and landscape architect Rios Clementi Hale Studios—joined forces to create the $350 million project that combines classic Hollywood style with modern details and amenities.
After entering the hotel via a red carpet, guests can mingle at the signature W Living Room, adorned with black tufted leather sofas, lounge chairs, and a backlit lobby bar crafted of glowing "Onice Fantastico" onyx. A spectacular spiral staircase of white marble is set against a backdrop of a curved bronze mosaic wall and a striking chandelier cascading from the gilded ceiling above.
The hotel also places a strong focus on its entertainment and dining venues. The rooftop is home to Drai’s Hollywood nightclub, a bar, and a raised ipe wood pool deck decorated with a firepit, Moroccan-inspired cabanas, chaises, sun beds, and sectional sofas. Meanwhile, the Delphine Eatery & Bar blends vibrant colors, classic archways, and an open-air feel, thanks to work from Zeff Design.
Seven treatment rooms and trademark touches such as a retail beauty boutique and legendary brownie buffet make up the Bliss Spa. Other amenities at W Hollywood, which is on track to achieve LEED Silver certification, include retail space and expansive meeting and event facilities.
