Panama City, Panama, will be home to a W Hotel in 2016-the brand’s first project in Central America. Panamanian architect Saul Bassan will design the property, with Krause & Sawyer overseeing interiors. Plans call for 231 guestrooms and suites, two restaurants, nightclub, pool deck, spa, expansive fitness facility, and more than 21,900 square feet of function space.
