Spanish footwear brand Camper has unveiled a new storefront in Málaga, Spain. Madrid-based Jorge Penadés oversaw the design of the colorful retail space, which fuses a soft palette of bright blues, pinks, and reds with a raw industrial aesthetic that pays homage to Camper’s warehouse in the Mallorcan village of Binissalem.
Spanning nearly 2,000 feet, the new store is outfitted with custom product displays and shelving designed by Penadés, as well as bespoke lighting and seating. New logos and typography also adorn perforated metal profiles, which appear throughout the interior. The new Camper store serves an archive, with numerous custom pieces by talents such as German industrial designer Konstantin Grcic housed onsite.
