Hyatt House Atlanta/Cobb Galleria, owned by the Noble Investment Group and Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, has become LEED certified.
The hotel, which opened in April 2013, was the first Hyatt House hotel in Georgia. As a part of the LEED certification process, Hyatt House Atlanta/Cobb Galleria boasts LED lighting throughout the hotel, energy efficient HVAC systems, motion-activated thermostats, and high-efficiency water fixtures that reduce water use by 30 percent.
Along with these sustainable qualities, the hotel offers 149 residentially inspired studios with one and two bedroom suites, the H Bar, nearly 2,000 square feet of function space, and two outdoor patios.
