The Marriott brand has unveiled its 500th hotel, Pune Marriott Hotel & Convention Centre in India. The 460-key property has been designed to LEED Gold standards for its green construction practices and policies for recycling materials and reducing energy use in all areas of operations. Guests have access to a host of F&B options: Spice Kitchen, an all-day-dining restaurant; Alto-Vino, serving Italian; the vegetarian outlet Shakahari; and Paasha, a rooftop Indian restaurant; a lobby lounge; Pune Baking Company; two bars; and Mi-a-Mi, a nightclub. Other amenities include 40,000 square feet of meeting space, a pool, fitness facilities, and Quan Spa.
