The firm will design key elements for the project, including a 60-story hotel tower; a retail center sporting a rooftop garden with walking paths and fine dining; and a six-building residential and clubhouse complex. The project calls for sustainable initiatives, such as 90 percent of green space, an extensive storm water management program, and buildings that incorporate high-performance technology.
