For the third year in a row, Broward County has selected Valley Forge Fabrics to receive one of its Emerald Awards in the Recycling category for environmental excellence. The Emerald Award is given annually to honor businesses for their commitment to environmental protection. Valley Forge has implemented a reclamation program that redistributes bedding products from hotels to organizations such as the Red Cross. In addition, the company has diverted more than 3 million plastic bottles from landfills.
Valley Forge’s latest offering is the Tencel+Plusâ„¢Upholstery fabric collection made using eucalyptus, a rapidly renewable resource.
