Locally based designer Laura Gonzalez infused Peruvian eatery Manko with an eclectic palette, while incorporating the former auction house’s original Art Deco staircase and taking advantage of high ceilings by installing large suspended lights.

Manko’s Peruvian-inspired patterns and jewel-like hues such as green malachite capture the vibrant South American influence.

Rustic elements like waxed concrete balance Manko’s more ornate details like gold patinas and elaborate brasswork.

Sophie Jacqmin’s Bistro de l’Arc design features elements referencing the city’s unique cultural and philosophical atmosphere, including framed book displays, memorabilia cabinets, and even a large portrait of Jack Nicholson puffing a cigar.

Designer Émilie Bonaventure has crafted three Rose Bakery locations in Paris. The main outpost includes a scheme of refined wood, stone, and and ample natural light.
